Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using TheKarmIQ (the "App"), operated by TheKarmIQ ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this
requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

These are some terms & conditions:

• You may need to create an account to use certain features.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
  credentials and for all activity under your account.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these
  Terms.

3. License to Use The App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.

• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks.

• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.

• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

5. User Content

If the App allows you to submit content:

• You retain ownership of the content you create.

• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and
  display your content solely to operate and improve the App.

• You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights
  to submit it.

• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

TheKarmIQ and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.
Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

These are the following terms & conditions:

• Certain features may require payment or a subscription.

• Prices and billing terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase.

• Payments are processed through the applicable app store or payment
  provider, subject to their terms.

• Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheKarmIQ shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss
of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12)
months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheKarmIQ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last
Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the
competent courts in India.
